Real medium contour

Does any one actually make a true medium contour barrel, ie, no more than
.750" from in front of the chamber all the way to muzzle attachment? Every where I look, every supposed medium contour barrel has a heavy profile behind the gas block to some extent.

I have one of those. The CMMG barrels are the closest I have so far but they are really HBAR carbine barrels, with the gas block moved forward to mid-length or rifle positions on certain models. I have been looking for a 18" barrel that is not heavy so I may just end up getting their M18 barrel with the mid-length gas system and have the heavy section turned down.
