The Pima Tactical Challenge (3-Gun match) will be held on Sunday, June 30th at the Pima Pistol Club in Catalina, AZ (just north of Tucson). There are three divisions: Open, Tactical Scope, and Tactical Iron. For more info respond to the thread or send me an e-mail.

Every time we have a stage with more than 2 slugs, everybody whines about how much slugs cost, how much they kick, etc.

15 slugs?? That's it??;f Hell, I'm going to the MGM 3 gun match up in Idaho this weekend and so far the slug count is ~34. 750 rounds for the total 8 stage match over a 2 day period.;P It should be a good match... ;g

Yeah Randy we should be ready for tucson after the idaho match. I'll still be the pump gun guy until i find a benelli. looking at the new m4 super 90. Not sure when it comes out. Impact, we need some input from you if you have time, we are looking for hotels not far from range. we want to come down saturday night so we dont have that 2 hour drive from phoenix. thanks

They have great directions on their club site. BTW I have taught several classes there and what a great group of guys to work with! Somebody say hi to Salim if he is at the match for me would ya?

BTW check out PMC's Brennke shot gun slugs. Their pretty resonable and almost the same recoil as the remington reduced. About 4X more accurate though! I am getting two to three inch groups at 50 with peep sights on a non-rifled barrel!

In case you didn't know, Wal-Mart has these 15 packs of Winchester 1 oz. slugs for $5.67 something like that. Not a bad price for a 15 pack. Even though I cast and load my own slugs I bought a few boxes to stick in my ammo locker.

Impact10, I am down here in Sierra Vista and I am contemplating coming up for the match. Did they decide on a start time yet?
