Does it have to specifically be Chinese?
If you are just looking for a drum to get a drum, then try www.onesourcetactical.com

I would like the Chinies version due to
1) Mainly - can be kept loaded with out the spring being under tension
I think that would be good for long term storage but with a quick wind
you are ready to rock.
2) It can be opened up to load or unload rather than one at a time from the top

They were in the last what a country ad in shotgun news. The web site has some dashes in it. I can't say they are in stock.
I have about 10 Chinese drums in my safe. Glad I bought them when they were $15 each!
Try JG Sales or classicarms.us as they occasionally come across some. Going price is about $150-$175 each. They're definitely better than the Romy drums.
$15, wow. I thought I did good paying $40 for one. After looking at the "other" 75-round drum, the Chinese drum IS the way to go.

I should be recieving a Romainian drum soon from UPS. Are they problematic? I foolishly sold my old chinese one awhile back, though it was awesome.
Look under AK mags on AR15's equipment exchange. There are MANY on there.
