I am having a ***** of a time taking the Glock floor plate off my gun to put on the Pearce ext. any quick advice....?

Make sure you are pushing the magazine insert ALL THE WAY away from the floor plate. Squeeze the sides and cam your armorer tool forward. That should work. If not, try laying it down on a table and doing it sideways while pushing on the side of the mag. remember to keep the floor plate "hanging in the air" and not pressing on the table.

yup, that is how it is supposed to feel. Glock magazines do not come apart for people who are gentle.
