I am a little unclear exactly to what you can do against this. I had a situation that I luckily got out of a few months back. I was driving with my girlfriend back home from Walmart and these 4 "ghetto white thugs" were trying to race me in a new Camry.( I have a turbo RSX-couldn't believe he was actually trying to race me) Anyways, He was pissed i was ignoring him so he cut me off. Later at the next red light he was just staring hard at me and my girl and said he was going to #$%!*%@ shoot me. I just ignored him and kept driving normally when suddenly he decided to try to ram me off the road, I ended up hitting the median trying to avoid him crashing into me. he tried this about 6 times.
We then made it to the next light and he pulled up behind me and I was then blocked by other cars. he came out of his car with his other passengers(probably going to kick my butt or something:upeyes:) The light turns green and I step on it. There was too much traffic to get away from him completely. I called the cops and told them I was going to pull over at a gas station and they said they would meet me there.
To make a long story short the guy sped off when I turned into the gas station. I waited there for about 45 minutes and a LEO finally showed up. I had taken the guy's plates down and gave them to the cop. he said there was nothing he could do and he just left. Pretty disappointing. Luckily me and my girl never got shot but could have gotten killed my getting rammed into oncoming traffic or possibly shot if he indeed have a gun.
So what could I have done to have protected myself? Also what if he did indeed pull out a gun while driving? Thanks for the input....By the way this was my final defining moment on getting a CWP.
