Minimum bullet weight?

Is there a minimum or maximum bullet weight in either IPSC or IDPA? I know there is the major and minor power factors but is there a limit on the bullets used to make these factors?

Only in two divisions.

The Open Division is 120 grain for major.

The US Open Division is 112 grain for major.
