Most of you probably wouldn't be impressed with my skills anyway. I'm like a 1:1 kill/death ratio. But hey, its still fun as hell.
My kill ratio is about the same, and I have teh best ratio of any of my friends. I think im at a 1.09. I really don't watch it though, I just play to have fun. Im carbinekid and I am usually on late.
Maybe it would be wise to pick a future date and a time frame so everyone has a chance to read this post and log on.

Beyond addicting. If you have ever played any of the KOTOR's...you should know, that it is even more addicting.

Just be sure to save frequently...there are very few autosaves in the game:crying:

It seems to be getting very common nowadays. If a game has multiplayer, it seems to have a real short singleplayer.

Might not, I was playing last night and it was fine after a couple of disconnects. I found that if I got disconnected, it was best to turn it off and back on.

I hope you checked to make sure everything was plugged in correctly. RROD comes up even for simple failures like when your AV cables aren't plugged in all the way.

What's after COD (1) and the Expansion Pack? COD2 and 3? Or is the Expansion Pack considered #2?

No there were COD 2, Call of Duty 2: Big Red One (regular xbox) and COD 3 sequels. The quality of COD 3 was arguable by many. I enjoyed them all. COD 5 will not be made my the makers of COD 4: Modern Warfare, intsead it wil be made by Treyarch (maker of COD3) and is rumored to be set back in time in the Pacific.

I see no reason not to. In fact, Ar15.com has a large group that play COD4. I thought it might be interesting to have a GT vs. AR15 match. just an idea.

I recommend you beat the game first. That will get you familiar with all the controls. Then you will still be a novice at online play. Online is totally different.

The Kill ratio is meaningless. I went from a 1.35 to a 1.15 in a few weeks. It all depends on your style and what game you play. Anyone can get a good ratio by hiding all game a shooting whoever walks by. To have fun you have to rush the target(domination) or attack it(search and destroy). Playing on hardcore is the hardest, but its the most fun.
