suppressed M1A scout?

i dont think i have ever seen a suppressed m1a/m14 before. are there any issues in suppressing this type of rifle? i was thinking about a SA M1A Scout with a YHM Phantom flash hider with the suppressor threads on it. would this be possible?

Gemtech makes a mount for this rifle for thier silencers, I do not know of any other production company who does, I am sure a custom could be done.
