Okay guys I need some advice, I am looking to replace my stock recoil spring with a stiffer Wolff spring. Question is how stiff? I have a Glock 27, I am looking to tame some of the recoil and I have figured that this is the easiest way to experiment. I want the best medium, I mean that I want one that is strong enough that it actually helps but I don't want to get too much that it will damage the functioning of the gun. The factory spring is 16#, the Wolff springs come in 18,20,22,24. So guys help me out. Thanks for any advice.

The 20# is best for my G27, it functions without a problem. You will like the 20# - alot.......;f I've shot everything from mild to hot loads, 135 grainers to 180 grainers with no problems, my G27 now has over 11,200 rounds through it. I've got a 21# for my G30 with over 6,800 rounds throughl it. You won't go wrong with Wolff gunsprings........ ;f P.S. I've tried the heavier springs and still prefer the 20# for the G27 and 23# for the G30......
