Anyone had examiner Ted Clutter assigned to them before? If So, any rating on him? A search of sites doesnt find a reference to him. If it needs to be added to a site he is examining a form 1 for a subject 1st letter last name of "H"

No problem at all, but I noticed on another database that they were listing and rating examiners, and I thought I would get or give input on this examiner.

So far while not talking to Mr. Clutter himself, everyone I have talked to at the NFA branch have been extremely nice and helpful.

Have only dealt with W.Shipman, his reviews were not good and everyone said he was SUPER SLOW, mine went well. Forms mailed 10/23, went pending 11/21 and approved 11/29. This was a suppressor purchase on form 4 via RLT

Where are ya'll reading these "examiner ratings" at?

I've talked to Ted on the phone about the status of some forms before. He was very helpful and seemed like a pretty nice guy. I don't know how quick he is compared to his peers, though.

Ohh Ok. I wouldnt' worry about it too much. The time frames are very reasonable from what I've seen.

ATF told me examiners were assigned based on the applicants last name. How many of you applicantss out there have a last name that starts with M? stop applying, you're slowing my forms down :P

Everyone I have talked to at the ATF has been really nice too. One lady even was joking around with me. I called to inquire about my form's status a while back and she asked me all the questions she had to, "whats your birth date? whats you address? etc.." then without a pause asked "can you stand on your head?" I said "hold on a second.....yep, sure can" we both laughed and then she told me what I needed to know. Nice people.
