How can I add a shoulder stock to a Glock. Can someone help me with paperwok questions for the NFA?

Form 1 SBR.
Yep. Fill out a Form 1 Application, get your local CLEO to sign it, send that, a 200 dollar check, fingerprints, and a certificate of compliance to the ATF. Wait 1-2 months for approval. Then after all that you can put a stock on the Glock.

Since you are manufacturing a SBR, you'll also need to put your name, city and state on the Glock, in a clearly visible area (not the frame).

not the frame? The frame is the registered part and would have to have the engraving would it not?

I wasn't very clear, the info COULD go on the frame, but ATF ruling permits this info to go on the barrel, as long as it is clearly visible. The barrel hood is probably the best place, unless you have a VERY long name.

So I have to engrave my information on the frame or barrel if I pay for the tax stamp in my name? Do I also have to do this if I put the Form 1 in a Trust?

Yes. You would then have to put "John Doe Trust, City, State".

How do these shoulder stocks mount and where do you get one? Does it mount where the grip plug would go or somehow attached to mag? Lets say you also want to put a forward pistol grip on it also, does that mean more paperwork and another$200?

Goes in the back channel of the Glock, several people have them, a quick Google search should find one.
Nope. Provided the gun is a SBR with paperwork, the foregrip with be fine, unless you live in a state with an AWB, which may prohibit a foregrip (probably a moot point as AWB states probably prohibit SBRs too).
