Trigger job for M16

Hi all,

This is a question for all those into real (as in select-fire) M16s.

Can a decent trigger job be done on a select-fire M16? I shoot semi most of the time (have to pay for each round), but will reserve the happy switch for the unhappy times it is really needed, so I won't get those semi-only trigger groups. The trigger is typical military; my G19 has a better trigger!:supergrin: At least a trigger job that won't make my rifle go auto when I don't want it to.
