Anyone as experience with the Mako Security polymer scope mount (http://www.makosecurity.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=GIS&Category_Code=_RP) for the glock, the mount is a little cheaper than the Aimtechs mount but my only concerning is about the material. :dunno:

This is an old thread, but it deserves a reply (or 2).
I have one, at the moment it's on my G34. I have a couple hundred rounds through the gun with the mount and a 40mm Tru-Dot red dot on top, and a Jentra weight on the mount's rail. No issues except the Tru-Dot leans a little to one side due to a slight mismatch - don't know which piece is at fault, it's just a matter of aesthetics. This cheap combo helps greatly in acheiving the one ragged hole.
I was checking to see if anyone has tried it on a G20 or G21. That's how I found this thread. I may put one on my G20 along with another cheap red dot. Should work well enough for bowling pins if it holds up to the 10mm, I can't see why it wouldn't unless I went way too big on the scope.
OMB may have the best price.
