I have a bit of an unusual combination grip on my G19. I have a Hogue grip and then over top I have Agrip.
Question - would the Hogue and/or Agrip need to be removed in order to attach a Crimson Trace lasor to my G19? I believe the CT would add a bit of "bulk" to the grip. If I remove the Hogue and leave on the Agrip (if that is possible with a CT lasor) would the overall feel then be the same?
Thx!
When I put the CT on my G22, it didn't look like I could put the Hogue over it. It was a pain the get the hogue on w/o the grip.
I ended up buying the rubberized decal grip and cutting it where the CT sits on the grip and attaching it.
I miss the rubber on the backstrap and frontstrap.
Now that I'm thinking about it, I can trim the Hogue to just sit at the bottom of the grip.

Did you end up cutting the grip???
I have the Hogue Handall grip on my sub compact Glock and don't want to take it off, but I want the CTC grips... If you did cut the hogue I would be interested in pictures of how it came out...
JCompton,
I never trimmed the Hogue. I just trimmed the decal grip.
You'll end up dumping all Hogue type grips, and decals and stuff.
All your Glock needs is Crimson Trace. Don't take my word for it. After a while, you'll dump the grip stuff.

Anyway, I put a Hogue Handall grip sleeve on my new G17, back in 2006, because the gun fits my hands better with it!
I love Judy's G19! But if it were mine, I'd add a Hogue grip. :hearts:
My 2005 G21 (attached) is just right! ;)

The reason I like the Hogue is primarily due to the fact that I don't care for the checkering on the grooved Gen3 frames. I also like the feel the Hogue offers along with the fact that I shoot it better this way (could be because that's how I practice with it, but if I don't like the feel, regardless of the gun, I won't carry it, and at that point it doens't matter how well I can shoot it).
