Lasermax customer service

Some people here have said that Lasermax cust. service is great.
My question is, does their assistance apply equally as well if you buy a lasermax unit from another online dealer and not Lasermax directly?
So, for instance, I noticed a good deal at Lasersales.com. I don't know anything about them. What if I have a problem with the unit I buy from them, something breaks, and they are not helpful. Would lasermax itself replace a broken part?

Also, if I have a 2nd generation Glock, and I order online and can't speak to someone, how can I be certain that I receive the correct unit for my Glock?

Lasermax 3 year warrenty applies weather you buy it from Lasermax or cheaper than dirt. ect As far as getting the correct model call 1-800 laser 03 toll free and ask to speak to customer service and they will walk you through so you can get the right model number you want.
