View Full Version : mag & light carrier
Has anyone out there used SIDEARMOR Adjustable Ride Mag or Surefire Light Carrier? If so how do you like them I was planning on buying a mag + light carrier but I want to get some pro & con’s. Also can you buy them any cheaper than $29.95 ea For a G30 and surefire model 6p?
I looked at fobus paddle holster for the mag + light holder but they don’t make one for the G30.
I also looked in to the comp-tac mag & light holster for $44.00 better deal for the money?
I have and use several Sidearmor mag carriers and am pleased with them. I have not tried thier flashlight carrier.
I think sidearmour holsters are great, and own three, though I prefer the Wilson single magazine carry pouches for magazines. I bought a belt holster for my surefire flashlight (from surefire, not sidearmour) and I don't like it. I don't want to walk around like a duty cop with a full belt. I stuff the flashlight in my pocket or in my hand and feel much better.

I have a Comp-Tac (http://www.comp-tac.com) mag/flashlight carrier that I'm very happy with.
I have Blade Tech spare mag/6p surefire light holders for all of my Glocks including the G30. I also use DelFatti leather spare mag/6p surefire light holder. Also look at Black Hills spare mag/6p surefire light holder. If you can get one from Sidearmor, get it, they are a very high quality company and are sponsors of GT.....
All great high quality products at a good price....;f

I use Comp-Tac and I am extremely happy. I didn't get the combination because I carry a G19 sometimes and a G30 other times.
My Surefire rides alone in it's own carrier.
I have a single mag carrier for my G30 and I have a single and a double for my G19 (because I shoot IDPA and I use the double there).
You can't go wrong with a Comp-Tac because Gregg won't let you be unhappy. He will make it right even if you found out you asked for it wrong later.

THANKS for all the messages. I ended up with the comp-tac combo holster and I love it.
