I finally stopped at the Lakeview Pawn Shop to see if they did FFLs. Answer was YES! about 3 to 4 a day. They charge $25.

Do they keep a decent amount of inventory there? I've passed by a few times but have never gone in.

Thank you everyone for all of your responses. I originally was looking for an FFL around here with the intent of buying an AR from CMMG.com, and just decided against an online purchase. I drove up to Targetmaster in Garland yesterday and bought a Bushmaster XM-15. I paid $700 plus tax which wasn't too bad. About what I would have paid after everything online. Consequently, i'm now at two AR's!!
