Florida permit application

Hi

I called the licensing bureau for the non-resident package but screwed up on the application. I just need another copy of the application form only. Does anyone know if and where I can download a new copy?

Pretty sure you can't download it, have to request a packet be mailed to you. You can request more than 1 though. I requested two in case I messed one up.
