36 night sights

Are the sights on the model 36 the same as all the other .45 Glocks? I want to put some night sights on it, but Meprolight doesn't show any for the 36. If anyone knows for sure I would appreciate the help.

You need to get the ones that are listed for the G-36 The Front Sight screw will be thinner so it will not hit the barrel. Brownells and Midway list a set for the G-36

I don't know the definitive answer to your question as I'm not a gunsmith or even a Glock Armorer, but I took my old man's night sights off his G21 and put them on my G36. Works just fine for me and now I've got a great sight picture in the dark-Norcal911

If you find a good deal for the ones that fit the G21 then get them. Just take some fine grit sandpaper to the head of the screw until theres no contact, thats what I did.

XS makes them for the G36.

I have a set on my G36.

IIRC they didn't list them specifically for the G36, I called and they told me which model to order. I believe it was the same as the ones for the 9MM frames.
