OK - so a friend showed this to me the other day, and I just had to share.

For those that don't know, Triumph is a recurring sketch on Late Night with Conan O'Brien.

This had me in tears while watching, and I am still chuckling about it.

Big file(18 MB) so you probably want to be on a broadband or other highspeed connection, but it is well worth it!
