.40 Hicap mag pricing ?

Hey guys,
A friend of mine has a 15 round fml drop free .40 mag.
What do you think it is worth? he is asking $90.

I wouldn't pay more than $75 for FML, $65 NFML.

I'd say it's at least $10 too high in these parts (Illinois). I can find them for $80 easy and occasionally for $70.
