directions to shooters supply in Ky.

Can someone give exact directions to shooters supply in independence , ky.
from cincinnati so i dont get lost going there. sounds like a great place to shoot i have heard.

Not sure but some of the threads say independence somewhere off of Route 17. I would just like to go check it out but some people say its a little hard to find cause some of the streets aren't marked or something.

It's located on Richardson Rd., not too far from Ky. 17. The eastern end of Richardson Rd. runs into Turkeyfoot Rd., not too far from Industrial Rd.

Sorry I can't help with all the appropriate Ky. SR. numbers as they are all four digits and too dang hard for me to remember.

I can send you two ways:

I-75 south to I-275 east.

I-275 east to KY17 south (Madison Pike).

KY17 south and go through through the 1st red light (by the White Castle plant), continue south on KY17 past Pioneer Park to the next red light (don't go up the hill). Turn right on to Old KY17.

Old KY17 to the next red light (4-way with a church to the left), turn right onto Richardson Rd. (KY1829).

On Richardson Rd. (KY1829) and it is about 3/4 of a mile on the left.

It is in the area of the really high railroad overpass.

KY1303 for about 5 miles and turn left on Richardson Rd. (KY1829) (there is a convenience store on the corner).

Go east on Richardson Rd. (really windey road) for about two miles and it is on the right.

It is in the area of the really high railroad overpass.

They changed the road last year, and I believe the gas station/store you are talking about is at the next light down (Independence Station) instead of the Richardson Road intersection (they used to be in the same place). I don't recall anything but houses at the Richardson road stoplight. I travel this road everday, but I have a horrible memory and may be wrong, I just don't want anyone getting lost coming from Turkeyfoot. I'll update if I'm wrong about the store.

You are correct.

You turn onto Richardson Rd. just prior to the gas station.

It is still Richardson Rd. , it just turns left sooner.

If you have gone to the gas station, you have gone too far.
