View Full Version : Question for IPDBrad
I have noticed ImPD doing traffic enforcment on I-70. I thought this was ISP's realm.
All ILEA certified officers have jurisdiction throughout the state.
There are some guys who work near the I's who like to run traffic up there. No one assigned to work them though.

Its a contest, they're violating our rights, call the media!!!! ;)
I've noticed it to though. I've not saw IPD/Metro stop cars on the highway in a while, unless the person was just being a complete ass, but here lately it does seem they've been running traffic more. Probably FNG's trying to get some brownie points. :)
IPDBrad, and the rest of you, stay safe out there.

Hey, who gets to pull a GIMP over if he's violating traffic regulations??
I thought maybe they were just trying to get some of that money the state raked in duuring "Super-70" :whistling:
hopefully they can use the money for useful things. Since Sir Bart is gone they don't have to use it to try to buy him a personality now!

Wait, no GIMPs are assigned I-65? So, the guy that pulled me over August 1st was just out having his jollies driving I-65 below the speed limit because HE WANTED to, not because he was assigned I-65?
Suddenly I'm angry all over again.

No if you were on I-65 and pulled over by a GIMP then you were coming across a special duty assignment.
