OH CCW- Will this qualify as training?

My work recently deiced to require us to attend OPOTA's 20 hour private security handgun training course and start making us carry a firearm while at work, since we work with ATM's (this gave me a "reason" to buy a new gun :supergrin:).

I got to thinking, anyone know if this will qualify as training for a CCW permit? I would think so, since everything in a CCW class was covered?

If you had at least 2 hrs range time and were given a certificate signed by your instructor, then yes. You can always call your sheriff's dept and enquire as well.

WHat company do you work for? I work in the armored car industry, an service ATM'S... they suck!, especially the ncr machines!
