I understand that I need 2 forms, 2 sets of prints, and 1 check.
Should there be 2 pic's, one to go with each form?

And do the pic's need to be noterized?

Also, I think I know the answer to this but, Do I need to send in 2 #1 forms when converting my rifle into a SBR?

One picture on each form.

Pics do not need to be notarized.

2 Form 1's are sent in. ATF keeps one and you get one back.

You also need to send in a Certification of Compliance (known as the Citizenship form) as well. It is available online here: http://www.atf.gov/forms/pdfs/f533020.pdf You sin and certify yourself.

Is this form to certify that I am a U.S. citizen?

And do I fill out lines 1,2,3, and 7?

Im confused with lines 1, 2, And 7.

Line #1: Name under which application was filed. (is this me)

Line #2: Name of person certifying to citizenship. (is this me)

Line #7: Signature of individual who is identified in question 2. (is this me)

Im just trying to figure out why I would need to sign it three times.

And do I need to fill out two of these forms also?

Just when I thought I had all the hoops figured out. :dunno:

Also, can I print that form my self, or do I have to order it?

Yes, it is the form to certify that you are a U.S. citizen. You can download and print the form yourself. You print your name in #1 and #2 and you sign/date #7. You only need to send 1 copy.
