I shot my new KKM barrel and compensator on my Glock 35 yesterday and it was cool! Pretty accurate! However, the compensator kept getting loose after a few rounds. Can I use that blue colored Locktite (forgot the product number) on the compensator screws to keep it tight on the barrel?

For anyone using this setup, what loads do you use? I was shooting 180 gr .40 S&W with Winchester 231 powder. It was just enough to cycle the slide with the compensator.

I was using the stock platic guide rod and 15 lbs spring so there was a little bit of recoil. I'm still waiting for my tungsten guide rod to come in. What weight recoil spring do you use in your KKM barrel and compensator?

I used this combo for GSSF part of last year. Use the Loctite and let it set overnight before using your pistol. I used a light load which really didn't make the comp work. I used 3.8 of WST behind a 180 gr Zero or Westcoast bullet. I did play with 5.0 of Universal Clays with a 180 and it starts to make the comp work. Hope this helps.

Oh yeah, I was using a 13lbs. ISMI spring on a SS THE captive rod.
