View Full Version : Seattle Plug
I just saw this lead-brass-aluminum plug for certain Glock models, which compensates for the smaller frame size, and reduces recoil.
Anyone familiar with it? I emailed the mfgr and they don't make them for the Glock 32 yet. Glocknsail tried one for his Glock 21/.45, but said it was junk.
Any opinions, experiences, recommendations?

I would be hesitant to say that it reduces recoil. But I have had mine for several years now and I am happy with it. It changes the balance of the gun and makes it faster to reload.
I shoot a G24 in USPSA matches and I prefer the balance with the Seatle Slug installed.

I use one in my 22, and I like it; it balances the pistol better in my hand (it doesn't feel so "top-heavy"), it makes the pistol weigh a little more, so it takes some of the "snap" out of the recoil, and it at least FEELS like it gives me a slightly faster reload. The only reason I don't have one on my 17 as well is that it would take that pistol out of Production.
