If I were to get Heinies installed, do the people at the factory sight the gun in, or do I have to handle that myself?

Rear sights are normally centered on the slide, leaving it up to the shooter to make any fine adjustment.

does anyone know the front blade height I have to order to put heinie's on my G21C ?

also looking for he correct blade height for the G20

using factory ammo, AE 230gr FMJ .45 and UMC 180gr FMJ 10mm

Look into to the race cut heinie sights at custom glock racing. I have heinies on my 21c my next gun will have race cuts on them.
