View Full Version : Sellier and Bellot ammunition?
Hi all. . .Has anyone had experience, good or otherwise, with Sellier and Bellot ammunition in .357? I've used it in other calibers with excellent results, but I swear I remember some talk about case separations in .357. Any input? Thanks.
I have used the 357 sig S&B ammo a little and find it to be an over pressured load. I always get a case bulge in the unsupported chamber in my glocks. I also see a primer splash more often than not. The bad part of this is I can't reload the brass after one use. Other than that I find it to be ver accurate in my glocks.
Hi!
There was a thread on this back a few months ago.
The summary I got was that the S&B had spotty performance in .357 Sig.

Whats up! I Like the .357sig 140gr. which I have fired nearly 3000rds. of. I think when this case is done I will go to www.georgia-arms.com (http://) They have excellent reports thus far and also GREAT prices on the .357sig round.Check it out!;h ;a ;h ;c
Hmm. . .Well, that's not exactly unanimous, but thanks very much for the input. Perhaps I should buy a couple of boxes and see what happens. The price is certainly right.

JMH,I would try it I have went through three cases and NO mis-fires.Although,S&B tends to be somewhat dirty after firing a few boxes at the range my accuracy is pretty satisfactory with.I have only had a few jams with these rounds also,I'm pretty sure only 3.The reason I would like to try the Georgia-Arms is alot of folks here have said really good things about it and its much cheaper say $30.00 shipped and its 125grain which you probably have for self defense purposes. Not trying make your descision.Just helping out!;f LONG LIVE THE .357SIG
