Look, I have asked on a number of occasions that if someone has a problem with a subscription purchase or with their account, that they email me directly about it, at webmaster@glocktalk.com . If you have already emailed me, I will get to it as soon as possible. I get several hundred support emails a week and I do the best I can to stay on top of them. Eric
