View Full Version : General Custer's Last Words
Where did all those Indians come from?
Do you think they're friendly?
Don't take any prisoners.
Actually it was, "oh-ohh."
"Just a little off the top, fellas!"
I shouldn't have worn my Arrow shirt...
Can't we have a drink and talk this over?

"They couldn't hit anything at this dis....."
Apologies to Union General Sedgewick whose last words were "They couldn't hit an elephant at this dis...." referring to Confederate snipers at Manassas (or somewhere?).
What can those guys do to us? They've only got a few arrows.
"Hey Sitting Bull, your momma wears army boots!"
I thought they wouldn't fight people who acted loco?!

BIG C IN BIG D
I HATE Wyoming!
Little Big Horn is in Montana.
little known historical fact, Custer was the author of EOD motto's everywhere;
"if you see me running ,try to keep up."
"Indians, Schmindians..." (ripped off from Gary Larson's "The Far Side")
"We don't need no stinkin' repeating rifles! REAL military men only need single shot rifles!" (Custer was well known for favoring the highly accurate, but slow reloading, single shot rifle, and that's what his men used against Indians; some of which had repeating rifles)
reminds me of a joke:
The Lone Ranger and Tonto are camped in a valley, and are running from the native tribes... The sun rises and over the east horizon they see 1000 indians poised to attack, they look to the north and see 1,000 more, to the west 1,000 more.
The Lone Ranger asks Tonto: "What do we do now Tonto?" and Tonto says "What you mean WE white man???".
Another good one:
The Lone Ranger and Tonto are camping for the evening and the Lone Ranger says:
"We are sleeping out in the open tonight with only our bedrolls between us and nature, what does that tell you?"
"It means that we have learned how to accept nature and to co-exist with it."
The Lone Ranger then says:
"Tonto, as we lay down on our bedrolls what do you see above?"
And Tonto says: "I see many constellations which can foretell our futures..."
To which the Lone Ranger replies: "No, Tonto, it means that someone stole our frikkin' tent!"
