I am new to AR15s and need some advice. I am going to order a complete
16in upper from LMT, and wanted to find out if I should spring for the enhanced
bolt and carrier, is it worth the extra money? thanks

How much money are you throwing around, i.e can you afford it, and what will you use the rifle for? For a duty rifle I'd say yes, but if you're only plinking with it, you'll probably never run the gun hard enough to where it's even a factor that bolt failure may occur (rare).

Me personally I'd say no. If you change your mind later, order it later.

IMO, I'd take the extra cash and buy a complete extra bolt and a Magpul grip to store it in.

Stick with the standard. Enhanced is not worth the extra cost for a 16"

I have the standard in mine. I bought the complete rifle as well, great rifle, had mine for 2 years now and never missed a beat.
