I started all the paper work, had local sheriff sign off but thr guy got sick and we never finished sending it out. paper work dated 5-07 is it still good or should i go ahead and send $200 hope for the best.

I think the picture /prints requirements 6 months max age. Contact NFA.
The most recent set of forms have something in the instructions about the forms being good for up to one year from the date signed.
The picture just has to be a "recent" one. No definition of what "recent" is, but I would consider any time within the last century to be "recent". :whistling:
Go ahead and send them in.

This is correct. If you send in forms with prints/pics older than 6 months it will be rejected.
