Scoped Glock???

I am considering purchasing a scope for my g-31.Anyone have a recommendation on wich brand and wich power setting?I'll be shooting at 100yds. regulary.ALSO Who& where would I be able to buy good scope mounts from? THANKS;4 ;4

wow! 100yds with a glock? wow! pls post your targets so we can see the groupings. i'm very, very impressed that anyone can hit anything at 100yds with any glock.

I'm deadly for 15-25yds, but, then again, I'm a rank amateur, as compared to you guys/gals. can I get some lessons?

With my ar-15 a3, I'm deadly at 50-100-150-200yds; the glock is a short-range, personal weapon.

Well,depending on what caliber your glock(s) are,just compensate for bullet drop and practice. Try it next time you go to the rifle range,you'll be surprised how manageable it is to be accurate with a sidearm at 100yds or better.;f ;c

i can hardly see the target at 100yds, unless i'm using one of those large silhouette types. what the heck, i'll give it a try next time i'm out... and no one's around, so i'm not *too embarassed* by all the misses.

How long does it take to mount/unmount the scope system? I'd like to use a scope occasionally, but would want my 17 in its raw form most of the time...

The better scope mounts are for the 3rd gen frames. If your is a 3rd gen then it takes about 2-3 minutes to change back and forth.However, most of the scope mounts allow you to use the sights or scope/red dot at the same time without removing the mounts. Like this one:
