G30 + LaserMax 1191 but won't stay on

Had this combo for the past few weeks and the only problem lately is that after several shots, the laser turns off because the slide lock/switch has moved back to center and one has to push it left/right to activate it again.

This will happen if shooting just strong hand or two handed. Shooting strong hand eliminated the possibility that the second hand is hitting the switch.

Any suggestions????
