Hey guys, I am a long time Glock owner, but brand new to this website (think I died and went to heaven:-) I own a g-21 with adjustable sights, and have been considering buying some night sights for it. My question is, are night sights adjustable so I can dial them in to my liking like the adjustable glock sights?
You can get adustable night sights. I'm sure someone will be along shortly with a link. I would get fixed if it was my gun but that's just me. Whatever you do get rid of the stock Glock sights. Adj. of fixed. IMHO.

The only problem with adjustable steel night sights is that they are all quite tall and blocky. Do you really adjust your sights that much once you have them "dialed in?"
Answer is yes but most people don't find a benefit in adjustable sights on a combat accurate handgun.

I had the LASIK surgery done on my eyes.:wow:
Would the night sites give me halos around the sites?

i guess i just dont understand the need for sights...on a self protection weapon anyway...point in direction of bad guy and shoot...your not going to find yourself inside your house in the middle of the night closing your nondominant eye to sight up your intruder...your just going to come out busting caps....

at night is one thing, but to identify the target and what is beyond it is some what important. I mean, if you cant see the gun, who knows where you are pointing. It is good to have night sights as a reference to know where the gun is, but with the halos i get from lights i dont think they will be of use too me.

How long ago was your surgery? I had mine 2 years ago, and the halos went away within 6 months. I went to Montreal and had the advanced surgery because one of the benefits they claimed was less halos and that they went away over time.
If your halos are permanent, then you may want to consider the Heinie (http://www.heinie.com/) Straight 8 night sights. You just align them vertically, one dot over the other, forming a figure 8. Even with halos that should work fine. They are what I use. Not only are they great for night sighting, the sight picture they give in daylight is far better than I got with the stock Glock sights.
Hope that's helpful
Is this a CCW or a bedside gun, or both?
Have you considered a laser designator?
