Cheaper than dirt = maybe cheaper than gold.
$35 / 100 winchester white box while even thought wal-mart just went up $5 / 100 it's still $26 or something. Is wal-mart really the best place to buy ammo?

If you can't find a better deal on reliable ammo, then "Yes, Walmart is the best place to buy ammo" . :animlol:
I had been buying WWB 100 rounds in Orlando for about $24/box w/ tax, but now it's gone up to almost $29/box. Recently I switched to CCI Blazer Brass since it's about $13/box (50 rounds). Both types of ammo have worked well for me. Most of the time cheap(er) ammo is fine for target practice.

How about casting and reloading your own bullets? The cost is always cheaper when you roll your own.
Wal Mart is still selling it cheaper than I can buy it as a dealer. Here is the super secret dealer price.
Item Number: USA40SWVP

I just got georgia-arms canned heat for $215 for a 1000 rounds. That beats walmart! It comes to $11.75 a box of 50. $23.00 per 100. $230.00 with tax. Best I can find.

Let me know how you like it. I've been thinking about picking some up, but for now I've just been buying Blazer Brass everytime I go to Wally World.
