I just purchased my first glock (23) with glock night sights. I am a left eye dominate right handed shooter, and I often find when I shoot someone elses gun the sights are off for me. I shot my gun and the gun shoots about 4 inches to the left at 10 yards. I shot 100 rounds. Are the sights adjustable at all or do I just have to live with this and if so how do I adjust them. It looks like I could just push them over but there must be some kind of screw or something that holds them in place.

You need to practice dry firing your Glock , getting use to the Glock trigger takes some time and a lot of dry fire practice.

I'm also cross dominant and I'm pretty new to shooting a handgun, but I've been shooting as much as I can for the past month since I got my G23. Once I started getting consistently tighter groups I noticed a trend toward high right, mostly right. I've focused on a lot of dry firing and trigger control, and my groups got tighter but still focused to the right. I assumed it was me, not the gun. Now today I just for the first time took a close look at the rear meprolight sight on my gun (which I purchased used). It looks like the rear sight is drifted slightly to the right, which would be consistent with the right trend I'm seeing. What's the best way to center the rear sight? Of course before I make any adjustments I'm going to have the guys at the range gun shop try it out and see if they agree. Actually I'll probably spring for a new set of mepros since the gun came with a standard Glock (white) front sight and a rear mepro that is worn out. The mismatch might account for the high part of my high-right trend.

To the OP, before concluding that there's anything wrong with your sights I'd be sure to have an experienced shooter try your gun and see if it's you or the gun.

Here's a close-up of my rear sight and today's target at 7yds showing the fairly consistent grouping.
