Have any of you Desert Eagle owners returned your Eagle to Magnum Research to change its finish? If so, how did it come out when contrasted with an new Eagle of the same finish?

Also, how is Magnum Research's refinishing work?

Any one other than basic black, although, I'm wondering more about refinishing from basic black to brushed chrome.

Yeah, that's a great choice. Mine is brushed chrome and I think its a nice looking finish.

Did you get yours with the chrome finish already applied or did you have it changed to the chrome finish?

I'm trying to find out if Magnum Research's refinishing work is as good as a finish on a new gun. Anyone?
