It depends on what particular part did you import. Reloaders and I believe major parts especially firearm related (mainit sa mata) will only open you to red tape seeking clearances from the PNP.

I imported several years ago a speed holster, not even a direct part of a firearm, they were asking me for a clearance and permit to import. I fronted my lawyer so I was able to justify that an import clearance is not required. It also included deprimer pins as a replacement under warranty for my dillon and primer pick up tubes.

Thanks guys.

nde po, sa FedEx... pero air21 office ang naginform sakin, on hold, pending tax and presentation of PNP Clearance permit daw. Subic yung nag hold, air21 Paranaque and nag inform sakin, e from pangasinan pa ako, so kung kailangan, 10 hours travel pa sa monday para lang sa package ko, that is kung papayagan lumabas.

Air21 is Fedex in the Phils. Try to talk to them that the manual shows a different equipment than what is included in your package and items such as scale and caliper are commonly used in industries not for reloading.

FED is the agency that would issue such permit. I dont know if a gun dealer in your area can actually assist in processing this for you otherwise you may have to go all the way to camp crame.
