View Full Version : What holsters do you use.
I've got a Watch Six that I really like and a Fist #9k. I'm still thinking about a nice leather OWB for it. What do you all use?

High Noon Mr. Softy. Best IWB holster you can get for 30 bucks. Took me 5 months to get it though.

I have several High Noon holsters I use on a regular basis. I'm thinking aboout ordering a Public Secert as long as they are in stock. If I have to wait 5 months I'll get something else.

I use a Fobus paddle. Actually, my BHP is retired from daily carry. My Bersa .380 or my G-19 handle EDC duties.

Don Hume H721 in black. About $40 from reddiamondonline.com
I also like the Don Hume holsters.
El Paso Saddlery #88 "Street Combat" is the finest OWB leather holster I've ever used. Top notch quality, it has a hidden steel band in the bottom that can be easily adjusted for gun retaining tension.
Anyone know if the factory adjustable sight Hi-Powers will fit a standard HP holster (OWB)? I'm thinking no because of the height of the front sight vs the standard sight model.

Desantis Cozy Partner for IWB, Desantis Speed Scabbard for OWB. Before I use a leather IWB, I treat it with a good silicone spray-on waterproofer, like you use on shoes or tents.

Question for Brutus Fullman: I was thinking about getting a Don Hume H721 for my FNHP. Can you be more explicit on why you like it?

High quality and reasonable price. On the same order as the holster I also bought the Don Hume B109L lined belt to carry it. The holster is sleek, smooth and formed to hold the HP tightly to my hip at 3:30.
Red Diamond Supply had the lowest prices on Don Hume products I could find. The people were great to work with and the order arrived within two weeks.
I currently have two OWB - belt and paddle - both custom made by a friend who is no longer in the business. Also have a shoulder holster and found that the galco holster for the Kahr K9 fits the BHP very well.
I'm glad to see this list above as I need to find a good IWB and a better paddle holster. I want a retaining snap for concealed carry, whereas the other two were made for IDPA use.

DeSantis Speed Scabbard and an El Paso Saddlery's "Street Combat" both work very well for me and the Hi-Power.
