Hi,

My father owns a registered gun but failed to register it since 2002.

Can my father register his gun, today 2008, and if so what are the penalties involved?

yep, i think its 750/yr. super bilis na renewal ngayon, within 1 hour tapos na

AFAIK no need for drug test and neuro. Nag renew ako last Feb, ID pic and fees lang.
