Thinking about a second platform to shoot in Production division.
I know that the CZ SP-01 is available in a SA/DA with safety, and also one with a decocker. Does anyone know which if any is legal in Production? The same Production that Glocks and SIGs shoot in.
Both are legal in USPSA Production, you just have to start with the hammer down. This means if you get the non-decocker model, you have to manually lower the hammer on a loaded chamber.

I thought the manually lowering of the hammer on a loaded chamber is highly frowned upon? Hmmm... decisions decisions!
I'm thinking that I may just stick with a SIG for a DA/SA pistol.

It is legal for USPSA production as reported but in stock configuration it is too heavy for IDPA. There are ways to lighten it to make it legal though.

Idpa has weight regulations for each division. Example is CDP is 41ozs and Esp is 43 ozs.
