Tonight' match was the Texas star and five steel poppers.
The guys that normally shoot the fastest got spanked.
I was left in a cloud of smoke.

What can I say. We're all entitled to have an outrageously pathetic day, I'm told. :brickwall:

The dark target and the smokey powder are a bad combination.:steamed:

Not sure how you folks count points, but is this sort of like golf where the smallest quantity of strokes = the lowest score wins, or is this like darts?
I guess the clock works into the equation?

Most of the time it's the score on the targets divided by time. You need to be acurate to get a high score BUT you need to do it quickly. This one was all steel and everybody knocked it all down, so it really was a matter of how fast. The problem was 5 of the steel plates were on a Texas star. As the plates come off the star rotates. It can get out of hand if you don't shoot them in the right order and quickly.
