PM9 Barrel Wear

I've ran about 300 rounds through my PM9 and have wear along the top of the Barrel.

Ser# VDXXXXX

Is this Wear Normal or should she go back to Kahr?

looks more like the bbl finish. Mine looks like that also. I'm not worrying about mine untill it affects the performance. Maybe someone else will chime in who knows more

mine has 4500rds through it and looks about the same. just shoot it...regards rick

Even my Glocks and Sigs resemble similar wear, quit worrying and shoot it.

Is it indented where the color is darker?

The area where the peening would be looks flat but worn. Mine is like this, it is not built up and OK I think!

Just shoot it and stop worrying about the garbage you read in the forums.

Can you take the barrel out and get a good picture of it sideways to find out if there is an indentation or just check it out? If you can get 2 good shots just email them to Kahr and they will probably get back to you in a couple days.
