IDPA Question

I was wondering if there was a site some where that had an on-line rule book, and classification guide for IDPA. I am wanting to start shooting IDPA, but would like to be familiar with the rules and such before I just jump into it.

Any sites with good IDPA info are welcome even if they don't have the rules available. I need all the info I can get so that I know what I'm getting into.
