View Full Version : S.O.B. holster for PM9??
Has anyone come across a Small of the Back holster for the PM9? I see a lot for the small Glocks...do you think the PM9 will fit those?
I've tried searching the net but can't find anything for the PM9. I had a Galco belt one for my PPK/S and really liked it. But for the PM9, I think I would prefer an inside the pants version (I saw the Galco one, but would prefer no thumb break). But at this point, either will do.
Can you point me in the right direction?
Galco used to make two models that I thought were pretty good, the UDC and USA, the difference between the two was that one had a band in the top to keep the top open, that made it thicker but easier to reholster. They've discontinued those, but you may be able to find one as older stock in a gun shop. Galco's new one is found here:

I have never liked true "S.o.B." holsters, because I can't get comfortable in a chair or car while wearing one.
Thanks User. I did find those two products on the Galco site, and was looking at them for an IWB holster. However, for an SOB I would want the angle to allow for easy draw from the back (either palm-out or thumb-in). I really liked the SOB Galco I had for the PPK/S (thumb-in) -- it almost sat horizontally. And for my CZ-75, I had one that fit inside the waist band (I used a left-handed one to give me palm-out retrieval). That also worked well, and didn't bother me sitting down at all (or just a little).
The closest I've found is the Desantis Tuck This. I like the J-clip that rotates to give the exact angle you want. However, it seems bulky with the ballistic material and the magazine pocket.

That is a very nice looking holster, if my shoulders would permit my arm to go around my back, I would have one of these! It looks perfect for this small gun, I have had a rough time finding a IWB holster that I feel has enough retention for this short barreled gun!
