Changing Bead on 870P?

I would like to change the stock Rem bead to a gold bead. Can anyone tell me how to do this and what bead to get and where?

I don't know about the 870P but on the 870 express magnum the F/S bead is press fit. I assume that the 870P is the same.

I don't own a set of taps, so I had a local gunsmith remove my stock 870 F/S, thread the press fit bore, and install a screw-in fiber optic sight.

Just remember to ask the smith what size thread he used in the bore in case you want/need to install another F/S.
