Ronnie Bianco of Boom Boom Tactical is on the north side of Columbus near the Anheuser Busch plant, and he recently did a grip reduction of my G19 that I've been agonizing over. Y'see, the finger grooves of the Gen. 3 models fit me just fine on the full sized models, but the compacts simply don't; my ring finger falls exactly between the bottom two grooves, and in order to shoot, I had to modify my grip substantially, grasping more with my finger tips.
Well lo and behold, I read of BBT here on the Ohio Glockers forum, find out where he is, and drop off my gat on a Saturday. He calls me the next Monday and says my heater is done, I can come and get it anytime. Of course, I'm out of town, and have to wait all week to go and get it, but it was most assuredly worth it. The cost was very reasonable, the work impeccable, and I now have something that's superior to factory configurations, and professionally done.
Note the relief cut where the trigger guard meets the frame, and around the mag release, a nice little touch that goes a long way with me. The stippling is a series of fine, vertical scorings that are very tactile, and very subdued; the Glock monogram and Patent info on the grip is intact, another nice touch. The work will pass the Palmolive test, where you can soak both your hand and the gun in a five gallon bucket of warm water with a liberal squirt of dish washing liquid applied to the frame, and you'll still be able to retain grip and trigger control under rapid fire.
I have no hesitation in recommending Ronnie to anyone; not only is he capable, he's genuinely a hell of a nice guy, and loves what he's doing. Take a look at his website, and you'll see that he's not just doing grip reductions, he's got a fully equipped shop and does a wide range of work.
