I wanted to get opinions on the P9 and P40 in general. I really want to remain with the .40 for more power, but if the P9 offers benefits that outweigh that beyond an extra round capacity I would consider downgrading to the 9mm. Yalls thoughts?
I have carried a p9 for 5 years now. I have a Glock .40 but carry the Kahr P-9 and do not feel undergunned. You will also note with Kahr your 9mms are .04" thinner then the 40 calibers. Kahr sizes your width to your caliber. The thinner grip of the P series kinda favors the 9 also. I see more people at the range that say they don't even bother with the +p or +p+ since the point is a faster follow up shot. My vote goes to the P-9.
I have two PM9s, one MK9 Elite 98, one T9 with novak ns, and I just bought a P9 for my son. I love all of them. The P9 seems to be the perfect combination of conceilability, shootability, and comfort. I shoots very accurately and easy with follow up shots. In a Highnoon closing argument you could wear it all day and forget you have it on. I cannot speak for the 40S&W but if it is anything like the P9 you can't go wrong.

Im all about carry-ability and concealability at this point. I like the P9 lightweight and superslim width. I carried a G23 and felt it was a little too thick and heavy.
